Ahara Vatter

Ahara’s professional background is quite extensive. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Psychology from C.U. Boulder. She is a LMT as well as a Nationally Certified Medical Massage Therapist. Ahara currently practices and teaches Aquatic Bodywork including Basic Watsu, Watsu® I & II & III, Introduction to Healing Dance & Healing Dance I & II through WABA (Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Assoc.). She is also a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist. She has served on the WABA ESAC (Educational Standards Advisory Board, 2004-8) and currently serves on the WABA U.S. ethics committee. She is teaching mostly in Denver, Santa Fe, Austin and Sedona, and is happy to travel to other locations.

Ahara is a certified yoga instructor (25+ years), an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula and a Pancha Karma Specialist (RMIYA). She currently teaches Postpartum classes through Sacred Window School and Ayurved Sadhana. Ahara is a member of APPPAH (The Association For Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health) and is a certified instructor of their 16-hour Embodiment Seminar for Educators Parents and Birth Professionals.

Ahara also developed diverse energy understandings and skills while studying and working with noted Hawaiian Kahunas.

Ahara has a private practice in Santa Fe, NM. She works as a Soul Alchemist with a team of practitioners facilitating people in life transitions and healing life traumas. She is a Minister through Center for Soulful Living. ​She continues in the frontiers of her own personal healing work.
